Acceptance of a Project

A project officially begins once the proposal or selected package is approved and the required payment has been received. Pexora reserves the right to decline any project that does not align with our creative direction or business values.

Payments

All payments must be made in the currency stated on the invoice or pricing page. Some services require full payment before work begins, while larger or custom projects may follow a milestone-based structure. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable. Failure to complete payment may result in paused or canceled work.

Turnaround Time

Project timelines are estimates and depend on project scope and client responsiveness. Delays may occur if feedback, approvals, or required materials are not provided on time. Any timeline changes will be communicated clearly.

Revisions

Revisions are included according to the selected package or proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope or excessive revisions may require additional fees. Pexora ensures all revisions are handled professionally and with care.

Project Scope

The scope of work is defined during the initial agreement. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may require a new quote or timeline adjustment.

File Delivery

Final project files will be delivered after full payment is completed. File formats and deliverables depend on the service provided. Editable source files are not included unless specified in writing or purchased separately.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Once the project is completed and payment is received, the client receives rights to use the final approved designs for personal or commercial purposes. Pexora retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, websites, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials. If communication is inactive for more than fourteen days, the project may be paused until communication resumes.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project at any time. Payments already made are non-refundable, and work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable. Pexora may cancel a project if these Terms are violated or if inappropriate behavior occurs.

Confidentiality

Pexora treats all client information, files, and project details as confidential. Shared materials will only be used for the purpose of completing the project.

Website Use

Content on this website may not be copied, redistributed, or misused without written permission. Users agree not to use the website for unlawful or harmful activities.

Limitation of Liability

Pexora is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or tools. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

Changes to Terms
